500-hour Sacred Yoga Therapy Training Course: Intermediate Certificate Program (Online Cohort)

March 2025 - May 2026 with completion of course requirements by December 31, 2026.

800-hour Sacred Yoga Therapy Training Course: Advanced Certificate Program (Online Cohort)

March 2025 - Summer 2027 with completion of course requirements by December 31, 2027.

Mentored Practicum (30 hours 1-1 mentorship, 150 hours yoga therapy delivery): Student may begin after completing prerequisite courses, completion by December 31, 2027

+ The remainder of SuperVision takes place in seven 2-hour meetings, held once or every other month*

* Starred courses are required courses for the 500-hour certification.

All of the courses listed are required for the 800-hour certification.

Admission Requirements

Certification in yoga therapy at the 500-hour and certification as a yoga therapist at the 800-hour level.*

Admission requirements:

-200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate

-One year of yoga practice

-One year of yoga teaching

*500-hour certification in yoga therapy is registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals UK.

*800-hour certification as a yoga therapist is accredited by IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists)
